Amidst the glamour of Hollywood, the historic Beverly Hot Springs – the last natural hot spring in Los Angeles, is up for sale at $10.5 million. Initially slated for redevelopment (paving over the hot springs), plans were halted due to community backlash. Now, a dedicated group, the Save Beverly Hot Springs Alliance, is rallying for a historic designation to protect this cultural gem.
