From El Centro, Brawley, or Niland, take Highway 111 North. Take a right onto Frink Road, keep left as it merges with Coachella Canal Road, then take a left onto Spa Road.
From Palm Springs or Indio, take the I-10 East until you reach Highway 111 South, then simply follow the billboards along the highway until you reach the Fountain of Youth Spa RV Resort.
