Glamis North Hot Springs in California
Wide-open skies with desert beauty as far as the eye can see. For 30 years, Glamis lay neglected until Cal and Roslyn Loewen swept in with a little TLC, bringing life back into this quaint Niland escape. The springs were originally discovered in 1938 during the construction of the All American Canal, providing relief to aching muscles. Known as ‘Little Yellowstone’ in the 1950s, people converged to enjoy pleasant camaraderie and the soothing qualities of the natural hot springs water.
A plethora of activities greet the visitor of Glamis North. Overnight adventures, hiking, ATVing and swimming are among the highlights of your stay. Enjoy views of the Chocolate Mountains and the Mexicali Valley while taking in breathtaking 360° vistas as well as other hot springs near Joshua Tree.
