Shoshone makes a great stopover place during your travels through the desert, with several overnight accommodation options. Sought after peace and quiet will absolutely be found and relished. Tucked behind the campground lies a little oasis. Cascading hot spring waterfalls into the swimming style pool surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and good vibes. The warm water pool is at that ‘just right’ temperature for soothing aching muscles after a long hike or for taking a late night dip. Cool off in the heat of the day or simply relax anytime
Shoshone Hot Spring Overnight Accommodations
Travelers have a variety of 3 accommodation styles whilst they visit Shoshone hot springs.
Combine rustic with contemporary and heavily dusted with friendliness, and you’ve got the Shoshone Inn. Wireless access and landline telephones will have to be the string to keep you connected with the outside world in one of their 17 rooms, 5 of which are adorned with kitchenettes. Or lay your head in the Whiffletree bungalow, equipped with full kitchen, living room and outdoor area perfect for relaxing. The front desk is open from 12 pm to 10 pm, and guests must arrive during those times for check-in.
World class hiking trails await just beyond the spacious RV park and campground. Sprinkled with shade trees and wide open skies, the RV park offers 25 full hookup spots with a multitude of campsites. All guests have access to the laundromat, showers, community room and fire pit, library and of course, the hot springs pool!
Reservations are strongly recommended for the Inn, RV park and campground.
Directions to Shoshone Hot Spring
From Barstow take I-15 North towards Death Valley for approximately 65 miles. Take exit 246 and turn Left onto CA-127/Kelbaker Road. Follow for about another 56 miles until you reach the town of Shoshone!
