Once located in the beautiful city of Calistoga, Nance’s Hot Springs Spa offered many fond memories to make for its visitors. Nance’s was a modest place, as described by its guests, with amazing mud baths, comfortable accommodations, and always a great soak!
In November of 2003, disaster struck. Several resources reported that a fire, beginning in the spa and bathhouse had ravaged nearly 60% of the main building and causing damage to other parts of the property. Fortunately, there were no injuries. Nance’s Hot Springs had been open since 1922, and was enjoyed by many for over 80 years.
