About Avila Hot Springs

Founded in the early 1900′s, Avila Hot Springs is the gateway to Avila Beach. Palm trees and ocean breezes greet guests and travelers as they stop over for a great soak in the old fashion 20′x20′ mineral hot spring pool, or a refreshing dip in their Olympic sized fresh water swimming pool. With water slides, restaurants, arcades and many other activities, Avila Hot Springs is a great place for the family to relax and have fun together!

Rates: Pool rates are for all day and range form $5.00 – $8.00. Avila also offers multi-use passes for around $90.00

Avila Hot Springs Overnight Accommodations

Whether you’re “roughing” it in your tent, kicking back in your R.V. or want a bit more comfort in one of Avila Hot Springs’ cabins, you’ll be surrounded by beauty. Palm trees reach up, grasping at clear blue skies during the day, and breathtaking stars at night. Cabins can be rented on a daily, weekly or long-term basis. Cabins are equipped with kitchen areas, or one can enjoy a delicious meal at Hoagie’s. Swimming and hot spring pool rates are included in cabin rentals, and discounted for those who utilize the camping or R.V. area.

From San Luis Obispo, travel along Highway 101 southbound, taking exit 195, Avila Beach Drive. Take a right and continue for less than 1/2 mile to Avila Hot Springs!
